The three high efficiency stainless steel burners provide 36,000 BTU puts out heat in four different directions for even heat distribution. Protective lid is stored in back of griddle and is easily pulled out to protect griddle. Aluminized steel frame contains two work surfaces with tool hooks. Push start ignition.
