Exterior grip handle set with Accent interior lever with B-series single cylinder deadbolt for exterior doors. Deadbolt locked or unlocked by key from exterior or by interior turn piece. Deadbolt has dual option latch which includes: 1/4″ round corner and 1″ circular drive-in latch, adjustable for 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backsets. Strike: 1/4″ round corner deadbolt strike and 1/4″ round corner full-lip strike. 1″ door preparation required for latch bolt while 2-1/8″ required for deadbolt cross bore.
