Sticks to the ground when wet, no staking required, to provide excellent seed to soil contact. This ideal sun/shade mixture works well in warm and cold climates. Creates an attractive turf with excellent color, density, and wear. Includes tall, fine, and chewing fescue grasses along with a unique combination of perennial rye and Kentucky blue.
